SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping is through ShipStation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the K Bar Pro. If for any reason you have received a faulty K Bar Pro, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a replacement. The K Bar Pro must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kbarpro.com.au They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your K Bar Pro back to us.
Once we receive your returned K Bar Pro, we will inspect it to ensure it is indeed faulty. If everything is in order, we will process your replacement and ship it to you within 5-7 business days.
