The K Bar Pro has unique rotating straps on either end of the bar, which requires greater focus and slower movements in order to keep the kettlebells steady. The slower movement intensifies your training as it takes more mental focus, strength and core engagement to keep the right balance. We can all do reps on gym equipment and free weights, but this unique technique challenges you one step further and harder.

No assembly is required! Your K Bar Pro will come fully assembled in its packaging - all you will have to do is unwrap the protective layers, unloop the straps, and you will be ready to go!

The K Bar Pro is rated to hold kettlebells up to 28kg on each end, however we would recommend starting on a much lower weight to get used to the motion & stability required during the range of motion.

Currently we do not include kettlebells with your K Bar Pro purchase. Most gyms & homes will already have kettlebells which can be used with the K Bar Pro. In the future, we will have our own range of kettlebells which can be purchased in conjunction with the K Bar Pro.

If you have experience using barbells, you will find using the K Bar Pro will come naturally to you. It has been designed with safety in mind and you will naturally control the movement of the kettlebells to prevent injury. However, if you have any concerns you can always speak to a personal trainer, watch our exercises or contact us for more information.

Shipping rates vary between $15 for Standard and $25 for Express. We currently only ship within Australia, but are open to discussions for international shipping.

The K Bar Pro originated in Sydney and we are currently only shipping within Australia. Please contact us for a discussion on international shipping.

Depending what type of shipping you choose, within Australia your K Bar Pro should arrive within 5-7 business days for Standard shipping, or within 1-2 business days for Express shipping. International shipping times will vary, depending on the country.
